Vacation Rental Cicladi at St. Flavia in Sicily

The holiday homes lie at the north coast of Sicily between Palermo (ca. 20km away) and Cefalú near the little town St. Flavia. The houses are surrounded by a variety of plants and the sea is only a stone’s throw away, so that you have a sensational view onto the sea and the sunrise from every apartment, whether it is on the ground floor or in the apartments on the first floor. There is a little way leading from the apartments to a sandy beach (ca. four minutes footway). A nice pizzeria is only a few hundred metres away (with a terrace at the sea) and the next shopping possibilities are quickly to reach. A motorway exit is only a few kilometres away, so that you can fast and easily reach nice destinations as Palermo, Erice, Cefalú or the integral nature reserve dello Zingaro. And also destinations like the volcano Etna, Taormina or Agrigento are good to reach on day trips.

What does the rent cost?

Included in the price: electricity and water as well as bedclothes and towels (they are changed weekly), usage of the baby bed and the baby high chair, usage of the garden, the barbecue area and the parking place.

Not included in the price: heating costs are charged by usage (with 5, - Euro per mc).

Additional options: rent of a bike (50, - Euro per week, 10, - Euro per day), heating 5, - Euro per cubic metre gas (every apartment has a gauge), usage of the washing machine 8, - Euro.

The least period to rent is a week. You can move into the apartment between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. on the day of arrival and it has to be free again on the day of departure at 10 o’clock a.m. the latest, so that the holiday home can be prepared for the next tenant. As a little security for us you have to lodge a deposit of 150, - Euro at the hand-over of keys which you get paid back at the end of the rental period.

How is the holiday home furnished?

The ten apartments are distributed on three houses; in every apartment are tow bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen corner respectively a little separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Number of persons: The apartments offer space for 4 to 5 persons.

Besides, every apartment has a TV with satellite reception and a heating for the winter months. The apartments on the first floor have a big balcony each on which you find a table with chairs; furthermore sunloungers are available, too. The apartments on the ground floor have a very spacious terrace (also with table, chairs etc.), ideal for families with children.

Both from the balconies and from the terraces you get a wonderful view over the bay and the gardens which surround the complex. Every house has a roof-deck from which you can admire a phenomenal panorama and which you can also us e for a sunbath of course.

On the complex you also find a big parking place on which you can park your car for free. What you find also on the complex: several lounges with deck chairs, a barbecue area with a big table, a table tennis table, a bocce lane and a little playground and a just stunning number of plants, so that you can say that you will find a little Garden Eden here. A wonderful starting point for your holiday in the north of Sicily.
